This sample of autotype printing appeared in Herbert Cartwright’s 1935 book, Notes on the Rotary Photogravure Process, which was essentially a catalog for the Autotype Company. Autotype was the name used by The Autotype Company for its adaptation of Max Gossemer’s collotype process.
