This portrait of Félix Tournachon Nadar was published as a supplement to the weekly magazine ‘Le Journal Amusant’. The supplement contains in all 92 full page portraits of famous European figures rendered in lithography and based upon photographs (some of the portrait reproductions are signed in the plate ”Gillot”).
