At Kenilworth Pumphrey, Alfred  (British, 1816-1894)

Alfred Pumphrey’s process titled here as "Permanent Ink Photograph" was one of the many variants of the Collotype capable of producing 100-200 prints per plate. Pumphrey was one of the first in England to set up a printing operation that would solicit business from anyone needing prints.
